  I KNOW THIS IS A LONG REVIEW BUT I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMEND YOU READ IT AND HEED MY WARNING. I can't believe it Zales is ruining the engagement process for me and my soon to be wife. I have bought two rings from Zales in the past month. Only one was from this store and one was online. When I came to return the online purchase (it really didn't look like the ring they had online when we saw it in person) they told me I had to have enough money to buy the replacement ring in my bank account as it takes 48 hours to put the money back on my card. I didn't have it. I told them is there any way that they can return the ring for cash towards the new purchase they called the manager and got the go ahead to return it as " no receipt" they didn't ask me if that's what I wanted to do. Now I have my new ring for my love of my life and I have the ring for 2 hours, she reads a review about ring and it states the diamonds keep falling out. We look at the ring and sure enough there is already one missing . Now I have a strong suspicion I'm not going to get my money back. I'll change the review if I do. But I do not recommend Zales what so ever. Please if you love her go somewhere else because this process has been so stressful for my soon to be wife. Im just mad, but they made her cry already. I just wanted her to have exactly what she wants and this is already a nightmare.
