  The worst experience of life. I went to return an item that was defective to customer service and a young lady name Hattie waited on me. She was rude and said negative things other employees about me all because we're I purchased the item they tape my receipt to the box and they were missing the bottom portion of my receipt. I asked her to get me a manager the store manager but of course she got another associated which I didn't get his name but he was saying they can't prove I purchased the item without the rest of the receipt, now this is going on two other Walmart employees are standing behind me one in uniform the other in regular clothes and the one name Bradley made the comment that they speaking on my race of people are always trying to return things that we have stolen and think they are just suppose to take our word. Now I never address those two but I took out pen and paper and begin to write down everything. While all this is going on another employee that had walked up and stood in corner with Hattie and was listening walked over to me and asked if he could help me and I asked him was he the store manager and he said no but he was the automotive manger and I said that I asked for the store manager because I will not be accepting a store credit I would like my cash back and he asked me to explain the story again and was I an employee of Walmart. I told him no I wouldn't explain again when he just stood there and listen to the whole thing and I then asked him why was he looking at me like that and his response was I'm waiting on you to MAKE a sentence. Never have I been Treated so poorly and like a second class citizens
