  Tyler's newest shopping center and adding businesses steadily. We frequent here now more for dining, but have begun shopping as well. Nice congregation of stores, but fairly bland and unremarkable as a whole. Has a sort of "built on the cheap" aura so to speak, although I'm sure it cost plenty to build.

  Good shopping options, movie theater, restaurants... This is a great place for an all in one date. Buy her a pretty dress and sexy heels, grab a dinner and then go to the theater for a movie. Afterwards take her to get frozen yogurt! If you want to really do it up you can treat her to spa treatments before you take her shopping... This somehow turned into a sugar daddy "how to". Lol, great advice regardless. (Please give me a thumbs up if you found this review helpful.)

  This is a wonderful shopping center! A huge variety of stores, too many to list. I could spend my entire day here. Also, the parking lot is NOT a nightmare like most, very well engineered and thought out. I can avoid the mall, this shopping center has enough stores to get all my shopping done without having to make a trip to the dreaded mall. Happy Shopping!

  New mall, new stores, new experiences. I think everyone in Tyler was ready and excited for Cumberland Village. It is still “technically” in development, with new stores coming in all the time, but it really is excellent. I typically spend most of my time in Guitar Center or Studio Movie Grill, whereas my wife spends most of her time in Kirkland’s or Bed Bath and Beyond, but there is always something for everyone. Great restaurants, cool Dallas-like feeling when you walk around the complex. I recommend the gourmet popsicle shop Guster’s!! Really cool place!
