  Expecting to pay a bench charge for the replacement of a handset microphone on my iPhone but it turned out to only be a dirt/debris issue. They extracted the clog and the phone mic worked. They didn’t want to charge me but I insisted their time was worth money. I finally talked them into accepting a $20 dollar bill. This place is clean quick and the staff generous and professional. Hard to come by service like this!!! Smartphone ER is a great alternative to your phone service provider and manufacturer who wouldn’t provide any solutions to me despite a monthly protection plan I have on my out of warranty phone. Thanks Smartphone ER!!!!!
