  Looking at new mattresses. No one around to help or answer questions or make a sale And I wasn't going to chase someone down since I have back problems and it hurts to walk. Who ever was suppose to be in the dept lost out on a $3700+ sale. It is no wonder why Sears is closing stores....sales staff not motivated or around to make a sale. Seems to be staffed by millennial aged folks who just don't really care and expect a pay check for just showing up to work. Sorry folks, it doesn't work that way. Find another job if you don't like working at Sears. Instead, the Mattress Firm got my business where I was greeted with a smile and friendly staff.
