  I forgot to post this. I live bout two hours away but this Tyler location is the closest for me. Every single time I need to work with them for inspection, repairs or cleaning, they go above and beyond. My last visit included them holding back their closing time just a few minutes for me to make it back to town and pick up our rings. They really helped me out because we were heading out of state for a week. Always love going into this store. They're always more than happy to help.

  I just want to say I have been in a few Jared's. But this has by far been the best. Beautiful store, well kept. I was greeted immediately when I walked in. And it was friendly & courteous like she genuinely wanted to help not out for a sale. All of the staff was very professional & helpful. The manager, Courtney, took her time with us to show us around but was also there for her employees when they needed her. Overall, this was a great experience. I would definitely be back and would highly recommend this store for your fine jewelry needs!
