They were a little unsure of their diagnosis so they called their general manager. The GM decided to send a second crew to provide a second opinion. That tells me that the company really cares to get the job done right! The servicemen will come when they say they will - and someone from the company always calls to tell you when they are on their way. Highly recommended!
