  They definitely don't care about their customers. Was ready to buy all four of my kids boots and couldn't get any help. As soon as we came in the lady looked at us and didn't say a word. But the next customer that came in was greeted and helped. The next customer was helped. Won't step back in that store again.

  Sent my husband here to get this Carhartt jacket they have listed on their website on sale for $95. They didn't know what he was talking about so I sent him this screen shot from my phone.The cashier couldn't find the number for the jacket but was working with him on it. Then another woman who worked there got involved and said since they didn't know what the number of the sale jacket was & they couldn't find it on their website she charged him $210!!! The only reason he bought it was because he has to go out of town and NEEDS a FR jacket. You're NOT the only store in town & you'll not get another penny from us. This is fraudulent advertising! Advertising one price and when the customer comes in you hit him with a price TWICE the amount. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE!!!
