  Screen print order was not done at the time they said it would be. I had to pay an employee an extra hour of labor to wait on the shirts. When I received the shirts, 32 of the 42 had errors in the printing. Alex (who I'm assuming is the owner/printer) first denied the errors until I sent him a picture. Then he offered to "fix" them, which means he wanted to color it in by hand instead of reprinting the shirts. Since then, I can't get him to respond to an email or answer the phone and he has not refunded anything that I paid for. If you use this company, be prepared for disappointment.

  Great staff. Didn't get all of my shirts that I ordered. They offered me a refund on the shirts I didn't get but I needed this shirts. They do much more then shirts. They have a great selection of products.

  If i could give a lower rating to this give to this place they have definitely earned it. I gave this place 50 hoddies to put a logo on... they said they would have it done in 3 hours of when they received the order... 3 weeks later the order is STILL not completed. Not only is the order not finished but they are are giving every EXCUSE under the sun of why it hasn't been finished. 1. we have alot of orders right now 2. we are understaffed 3. Alex is at lunch (this guy must take week long lunch breaks) 4. We dont know how to scale the sizes literally, ALL EXCUSES AND NO RESULTS WHAT SO EVER. When you call there, the only person that is designated to help with any problem is ALEX who is always on some type of break and you are told that he will call you back in 10 minutes... which REALLY means that you'll have to call back tomorrow ... THEN, after finally getting a hold of Alex i asked when the order would be done. He then said that it would be the following day by 3pm ... Fast forward to the following day ... and you guessed it! ... nope not done ... his excuse this time was AND I QUOTE " whatever we do at this point you're not going to like so we're just not going to do them ... you can come pick the hoodies up when you need to." so after 3 weeks, numorous phone calls to this establishment with BLANK PROMISES ... No results ... no hoodies... just lots and lots of wasted time ... thank you Alex and ABS Printing for running a TERRIBLE, MAKESHIFT organization ... I recommend that nobody in their right mind should do business with these people ... they are unprofessional and they flat out LIE to their clients. They are super nice in the beginning to get your deposit and your business and don't follow through what so ever ... this place should not be allowed to operate ... AT ALL! P.S. im sure they will right more BS 5 star reviews after the last 4 terrible 1 star reviews to boost their star rating ... PLEASE DONT BE FOOLED ... THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE
